PHASE OUT
The Phase Out Program at No Longer Bound was established to help graduates of the Regeneration Program
transition back into society. After successful complete of the Regeneration program, a man may enter the
phase out program. Once enrolled in the phase out program, the man is allowed to stay on campus at No Longer Bound
for a period of 6-12 months while he finds a job and reliable transportation.
A man in the phase out program is taught real-world responsibilities by paying weekly rent as well as making payments toward
the cost of his regeneration program.
Involvement in the phase out program also enforces accountability while a man is beginning to ease back
into society. A man participates in weekly accountability meetings while involved in the phase out program
as well as living in a community of former addicts that can relate to the stresses of being a responsible
member of society.
